"Clean, well-equipped room with balcony and countryside views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and fantastic pool and spa facilities. This was our second visit to Hatherley Manor and they maintained a consistently high standard of service on both occasions. One of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve had."

"The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "

"The hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was small and there were children splashing around the who time so not very relaxing. The waitresses for the meals are not very efficient. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. At breakfast, the food was not replenished and it was difficult to find someone to take orders from the kitchen."

"Clean n cosy room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a manicure after breakfast and went for a walk in the town afterwards which was lovely too. "
