"The apt needs a go over, many small things:Walls need painting and are dingy Kitchen cupboards dirty insideLockbox is finicky to open and close, need to pull the door tight to get the lock to work. Toilet paper holder brokenShower pressure very weak2nd bedroom cluttered with shelving and too many lites on at oncePatio nice but cluttered with unusable things and pots with dead or non existent plantsSorry, not really happy with it."

"The host was fine. The property is rundown. The location is excellent."

"We absolutely lived it! I grew up on a farm and unfortunately have been stuck in urban/suburban places for the last 13. It was so wonderful to be right in the middle of an adorable farm with all the fuzzy and feathered friends!! The tiny house is beautifully and thoughtfully done. All the comforts of home, and then some! The hosts were so warm and welcoming. We only wish we had stayed longer, honestly. We were too late in deciding and it had already been booked. Next time, we will stay longer!...

"Had a great time, place was clean. The hot tub was clean, beautiful views the heating and air air-conditioning all worked great. The bed upstairs is a little uncomfortable. The cabin was stocked with pretty much everything we needed with paper towel towels, soap, towel, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The deck view was spectacular. Didn’t get to use the fire pit, but it was very nice definitely would rent again."

"Everything went smoothly. Easy stay. Clean. Small efficiency with futon for bed."

"This was the perfect stay! Would definitely stay again sometime!"

"Cozy cabin in the woods with my hubby and dogs! Family friendly and cozy!"

"Un lugar acogedor perfecto para un viaje en pareja"

"Great place in a beautiful part of the country! Super quiet, well furnished, and a lovel place to spend some time. Hot tub was great and there's a small creek a few minutes away to catch crawfish and cool off. Highly recommended."

"In the hustle and bustle of the electrical contracting world, this place was a perfect retreat from the grind. The hot tub was amazing and the views were even better. The cabin was very comfortable and the AC worked very well and thank goodness it was 100 most of the week. Will be taking other adventures soon and you’ll be at the top of the list for communicating on future endeavors.!"

"Perfect location for exploring Winchester. Beautiful rooms. Clean and comfortable."

"The pictures on the listing were not accurate in representing the state of the current state of the house. The fence in the back is wire with stakes and not a fence. One of the main reasons we selected the cabin and the deck was a mess. The place was clean except there was an old pair of previous visitors' underpants on the sofa. The neighborhood dogs got out of their fence and aggressively chased us down 3 times, and other dogs down the road would chase our car. The next-door neighbors' trash...

"Just an overnight stay. On our way back home from northern New York. The place was nice. It is peaceful sitting on the deck. The check in process was a little tedious with various emails and downloads required. The Backstep is a little sketchy. Be careful walking in. Overall the place was nice"

"I hate giving negative reviews, however.... Upon arrival, access was very easy. The owner/ property manager provided clear and concise information. The property was easy to access, but definitely use a 4 wheel vehicle. However, the online photos of the property are deceptive. The cabin is not as rural as one would think. The building has much more wear than depicted. The deck is high above the ground and the boards are warped with openings. It did not feel safe. The gutters had plants...

"Check-in went smoothly and good communication from the host. Inside the cabin was clean for the most part and relaxing. The master bed was saggy in the middle, but I brought to thier attention so hopefully they fix it. The outside pictures didn't match the photos. The cabin definitely could used some TLC. The grass needed mowed, but it was very peaceful. We seen some wildlife and the neighborhood was quite. It was probably 15 minutes from dollar general and 30 minutes from anything else. All and...

"Spectacular view, takes a little to get there on a back road but it’s worth it! Host is very responsive"

"We loved this place; we had a great time with my family. 100% recommended—we’ll definitely be back.It has everything you need—trust me, you're going to have a great time"
