"I recently stayed here for several nights and overall had a positive experience. Things didn't start out that way, as the first room I was assigned was really grim. There was an awful smell coming from the carpet (similar to wet dog) and permeated the entire space and bathroom. In addition, the toilet was running and didn't have a functioning flush. I was really hesitant to approach the front desk and complain, as am usually not a picky or confrontational person. However, I had nothing to lose...

"I was told the key was in the door so no entrance instructions were necessary. The key was in the door, the door was unlocked, and couldn't be locked. I tried again and again, but the door would not lock. I had to bring my valuables with me when I left the cabin as it was not safe to leave them in an open cabin. The back door off the kitchen was also unlocked when I arrived. I was concerned that safety was not a priority. Also, there was coffee, thank you, but no sugar or sweetener - that...
