The personnel were very friendly, full of very kind attentions, very welcoming and foreigners friendly The fact that you can rent the motorbike directly from the hotel was very convenient (and not very expensive). "This was a nice quaint place outside of Yangshuo town. The staff are very kind and helpful, though they had trouble finding my reservation (must say that you booked through Expedia despite using Hotels.com) The shuttle cart goes in and out of town about 4 or 5 set times which while not the most convenient is very helpful and free!
