"Staff were amazing! Very difficult though to purchase a glass of wine despite advertised on menu. Disappointing/surprised that a 4 star hotel charged £4 for an accidental breakage of a coffee cup! Hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay."

"TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. The hotel looks good on the outside, and maybe for travellers who do not need internet access in the room, nor killing time by watching TV, this hotel can be considered.
