"The location of the property worked great for us. It was about 10-15 mn from the beaches, the restaurants and nightlife. The grocery store is less than 5mn away. The villa has a magnificent view of the Serra de Monchique and the Foia. The indoor decor is spectacular and the pool is so refreshing! Sra. Madelena was most helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We had another lovely stay in this villa our first visit was back in 2018 - Carmen with the support of filomena is a great host and endeavours to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Good facilities in a great location with easy access to village and all is wonderful restaurants. "

"Townhouse thin walls and neighbour has small children so even talking caused nuance to neighbour. Careful with security deposit. We got generic damage message saying deposit will be held due to damage at property. . In the end when we pushed back it was related to some old worn threaded towels that had provided to us. Wish we took pictures of these rags. In end withheld 30 euros. During stay also contacted management about downstair toilet that stopped flushing. Appears issues with water pressure"

"Overall based on the price paid for the stay at this property, I was happy with my stay. Although the apartment has dated items within it such as the living room sofa, balcony furniture etc.Bathroom is modern and has a good quality shower system. The bed is comfortable. Smart TV in the living.The accommodation is ideal for a base to access other local areas such as Lagos and Albufeira.Good selection of tourist destinations all within a 30 minute drive from the property. Alvor beach is around 10 minutes drive away. Host is excellent with their communication and check in and check out was very easy.One final point, the property is situated in ground that offer peace and quiet. You may hear the occasional dog barking but other than that, very pleasant to sit in the balcony in the sun and enjoy the tranquility.Don’t expect a five star accommodation. It’s basic and considering the price, its value. If you have higher expectations then this is the wrong property for you. You are getting reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price."
