"I have a well welcome from bell boy Kenny, while I’m doing the check in , he offer my old uncle a card to gent if he needed, he will also reminder my elderly to bring more cloths cox the weather is cold. He indeed a very helpful and caring staff . And Joyce and miko helping us with smooth check in , they reminded the housekeeping to keep and eyes on us cox we got elderly check in. I’m very thankful to 3 of them especially, let us a pleasant and warm stay. "

"Clean and spacious for Hong Kong context. During check in, Mr Frankie Wong was really warm and welcoming. Made us feel right at home. The room was right beside the lift and i was a little dismayed as i anticipated the "di di di" noise. But surprisingly, the sound proof is really well done! It was really good. Location wise, it slightly out of the place, and seems to be right smack in an industrial area with metal works and car workshops. "
