"The parking lot seemed safe. Did not try the breakfast buffet. We had a two night stay and they did not tidy up the room or leave clean towels. "

"It was a great stay. Only issue was the wait time on the elevators on occasion. "

"The pillows were terrible! One wasn't enough support two was too much. The room that we got was supposed to have two queen beds and one king. What we got was one king and maybe two full beds. The water never really got hot, it was warm at best. We had already planned a bunch of activities that we were unable to get tickets to shows that were available to us. I didn't realize this was a "resort". I did not go to some presentation before I checked out because I had other things I had to get back home to. The room itself was large and we had plenty of room for our family. The wrist band room keys was a nice feature. Had we not had a full agenda we would have looked into the shows that we could have gotten tickets for. "

"The pool and outdoor games are terrific for children. We were in unit twelve , which was in terrible condition. The staff was very helpful and responsive and said they will be remodeling that building soon."

"Check in went smoothly. Pi little over $10 extra for a ground floor room. Room was clean, parking right outside the door. Loved the late evening ice cream and cobbler!"
