I did book the bus 24 hours in advance during the customer service website of the hotel.
When I arrived they said they didn`t get anything and the bus is not going. The only bus going is in the evening for the arena. every 4 star hotel has a bus in front they can take any time to get the people downtown this hotel doesn`t.

"Süßes, kleines Hotel mit neu renovierten und modernen Zimmern. Das einzige Manko an unserem Zimmer war, dass es ziemlich klein war und wir dadurch kaum Platz hatten, unsere Kleidung zu verstauen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und sehr lecker.
