Good location, but not great. Was easy to get to the station that takes you to Disney or Tokyo main station the other direction. Just not a lot of choices within walking distance.

Easy self check in and check out. Almost no staff and if your stay is shorter then 5 days you will not have any cleaning service for your sheets or towels.

Minn Kasai was like a home away from home for us . Clean room, accessible laundry facilities, small kitchen. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with via front desk video option . They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently ( ie : new towels, bedsheets , etc ) Also good location ...
