"This is a beautiful full service hotel that was a great introduction to my stay in Japan. The location is very walkable and offers lots of areas to shop and sight-see in the Odaiba area. The hotel had great service and very friendly and helpful staff, a full breakfast, and the rooms were kept clean. If I had any complaint, it would be that the outdoor pool was closed, I believe due to construction. I was in Japan for 3 weeks and of the three hotels I stayed in throughout the country, this was by far the favourite!"
