"The host refused to grant access until I signed a power of attorney agreement “for insurance purposes”, despite it not being in the rental agreement. The apartment building is dilapidated. Inside, it smelled like urine and the refrigerator did not work. We found several dirty dishes put away in the cabinet with food and mold on them, which had us questioning the cleanliness of the entire apartment. Also, the apartment is far more cramped than the pictures lead us to believe. We ended up leaving...

"Great experience. Quiet apartment in a great location. Walking distance, about 3 minutes to train station, corner store and kitchen origin. Kitchen origin makes fresh bentos for a really good price. "This hotel is one of the most convenient hotels of this vacation. They have their own personal shuttle bus that will take you to/from the hotel to Kawasaki Station. They have a bar, restaurants available in the hotel and the views are quite nice. They even have a shuttle to/from Haneda airport which is originally why I book this hotel. Our hotel was quite roomy compared to normal hotels in Tokyo so it was nice to lay out my check luggage across the floor. "
