"Super clean, lovely balcony areas, fully stocked, close by to all the lovely cafes and shops in Assagao. The team was so sweet to both us and our doggie. Great stay, quiet, slept well in comfortable beds. Swam in the beautiful pool. "

"Nice comfortable bed. Kitchen with some supplies like microwave and some plates. Fresh refridgerator. Elevator. Nice tv. They helped us to rent scooter with good price!
The location is a bit off, 20 minutes to beach, 15 minutes to main road. You need a bike.
Shower hot but very weak waterpressure. Our first room smelled very much smoke, outside they are burning garbage. Sidetable and toiletseat was broken. Pool not nice and no where to sit/chill."
