This cozy vacation home/townhouse is located in the resort town of Glowe, in an ideal beachfront location. The unspoiled Baltic Sea beach, the marina, and the beautiful, kilometer-long white sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk from your vacation home. The property covers approximately 110 square meters. Our “AltGlowe” vacation home, with approximately 81 square meters of living space spread over two floors, offers everything a vacationer could wish for. Starting in the living room (first floor) with its cozy sofa arrangement, a flat-screen TV, and underfloor heating (throughout the house), through a very well-equipped open kitchen with a dining area, to a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (2 mattresses, each 90 x 1.90) and a balcony, as well as one children’s room with one single bed (90 x 2.00 m) and one tandem bed (90 x 2.00 m) (a single bed with a pull-out function (80 x 1.90) and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. After a trip to one of the many attractions on the island of Rügen, you can enjoy the terrace with garden chairs, a parasol, or the in-house grill to wind down the evening in comfort. A lockable bike shed is available, along with 1 parking space, free internet (Wi-Fi), 1 high chair, and a travel crib. The “AltGlowe” vacation home is a smoke-free property. Shopping, a bakery, restaurants, and a liquor store are all located in the immediate vicinity. Excellent cycling and hiking opportunities for exploring the island round out the experience.
