"Steps were a little scary but everything else was good"

"We love the location of this property. Very scenic being on the river, and secluded away from the tourist areas of Glenwood Springs. Clean room, and friendly staff."

"Everything was amazing and a great time I will be"

"The first room we entered was disgusting. There was human hair and dog hair in our sheets, all over the floor, and on the wall in the bathroom. There was a hole in the wall by one of the nightstands. We got to this hotel late so trying to find a different hotel was challenging- especially since they wouldn’t refund us for the night. After hours of fighting with the people, they gave us a different room and refunded us the second night. I don’t recommend."
