"The check in prices was quick and easy, front desk staff was very nice, the lobby is beautiful. Once you get on the elevator and to the room it’s not as nice, but still good. My reservation included free breakfast but when we tried to get it in the morning we were ignored by the staff and ended up leaving without it."

"Room was simple and clean, all I really needed. Staff were very kind and helpful. I need to give a shoutout to the staff member/receptionist that helped me with the wifi issue in my room. She was willing to change my room altogether since my service was weak and I was worried it would impact my ability to work remotely. We did a bit of investigation work and managed to get me back online. Appreciated the support there!"
