"Stayed here many times and it never dissapoints, Clean very comfortable rooms and great staff, great breakfast to start the day, and nice restaurant for evening meal, ideal spot to use as a base if your coming off the ferry, Well definitely use again"

"These beautiful ocean view pods are exactly like the images you see online. The view is gorgeous and there's nothing better than waking up to that sunrise over the water. It's magical! The pods and the grounds were clean, it's so peaceful there. I highly recommend this amazing experience!"

"Beautiful retreat. Stunning views and relaxed atmosphere Breakfast was delicious and filling. Room was clean and fully stocked with tea/coffee, treats. The bath was also fully stocked. The grounds were lovely. Staff was kind and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay"

"We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding in Ballymena. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel about it as a first impression and, the staff were very helpful from the start. Our room was OK but the bathroom a bit tired looking. Breakfast choices very good."

"What an Irish gem. Anyone staying around Belfast make the trip to Ballygally Castle. The entire stay was amazing with great spacious rooms and the best of views. A great beach for walking and such friendly people."

"The setting of this property is stunning. To wake up to the beach view each morning and to fall asleep listening to the crashing waves! Idyllic!! We spent some quiet evenings up in the garden house with the lovely view. The beds were super comfy. Driving up and down the narrow switch back road is not for the faint of heart but well worth it!!"

"Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay. Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty. We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up for 2 in the double bed. Sofa bed bedding left on the floor. They provided only 3 towels, and not enough shower gel. Hot tub was lovely, too hot initially so we waited to cool it, then it was cut off at midnight - really disappointing as we had had to wait for it to cool then got about 10 minutes in it!! Thought the open fire was great, but nothing to light the fire had been provided and there was not enough firewood. Overall it’s a good spot, good location and great potential but definitely improvements needed. Wouldn’t categorize it as luxury glamping due to the points highlighted."
