"My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The staff were incredible always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop; the view is breathtaking and truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were easily a 10/10 and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"Stayed a Marriott Mena House for 4 nights as a base for site-seeing the pyramids and the new museum. It's a fantastically maintained property with lovely rooms (we had a pyramid view deluxe double), wonderful green space and a fantastic pool area. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Special shout out to the concierge for helpful us with airline-lost baggage. The only consideration is location. The hotel is perfect for the pyramids and new museum, but is approx. 30-40 minutes drive from downtown Cairo for the old museum, grand bazaar etc etc. We would recommend Marriott Mena House over and over again. It's truly fantastic hotel."
Hyatt Centric Cairo West

"Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Cairo West was great. The hotel was very clean — every time you reached your floor, you were greeted with a delicious, fresh scent, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was very nice, though we only got to use it one day. Service by the pool was a bit lacking — the wait staff serving drinks were hard to flag down, though that may have been because there was only one person covering the whole area. The Muse restaurant was great — staff were friendly and attentive. Smokeys restaurant was also excellent: the food was amazing, and the view and vibe were wonderful, with music playing softly in the background so you could still hear your conversation. Laundry service was impeccable as well. The only issue we had was with the security guard at the door during checkout. Our friend arrived to pick us up for the airport, and the guard questioned her extensively for name and ID — until her partner gave him some money, at which point he immediately let us leave. This was very off-putting and shouldn’t happen at a hotel like this. Our friend mentioned it’s almost normal at hotels here, but I don’t understand why, and I hope hotel management addresses it. Our stay was amazing until this last incident right before we left. For reference, we checked out Saturday, July 17, 2026, around 11:30pm."

"This place was so good to me. The staff felt like family. On my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake and sang for me. They have a good heart. God bless them and their business. It was close to the pyramids that’s why I chose to stay and a rooftop restaurant and pool which was a rare find. I felt comfortable and safe. Comfortable bed and room. The jet bathtub brought life to my tired body. Thanks a million. See you again next year hopefully for a longer stay."
