"What an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in the most beautiful hotel in Bellagio!!! The rooms are spacious and clean with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Only a 15 minute shuttle ride from the heart of Bellagio and the ferry which you can take to Varenna, Menaggio, and other wonderful spots around the lake. HUGE shout-out to the wonderful staff, especially Madi, who made my birthday unforgettable!!! Madi took the best care of us, offering shuttle rides outside of normal hours, accommodating all of our needs and requests, and offering a warm smiling welcome each time we returned. "Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."
