"Overall it was a good stay and would recommend for the price. A safety deposit box would be a good addition to the room. No aircon but that was not an issue in Aug-Sept when i went so it was fine. My door did not shut fully by itself so had to remember to push closed when leaving, and came back to it ajar after cleaner had been a couple of times, By the looks my door was the only one like that, all others were fine. Everything was in place and there was another security door entering the hallway so only staff and guests could access. The elevetor broke down while there but there is a second one that can be used, though i just used the stairs. Good location in Karen, only 100m walk to entrance of waterfront mall. Short Uber to the Hub mall(approx 250ksh). Closer to ngong hills than other places like westlands, if you like walking and get a view of the area. In my view a safer area to walk than most other places in Nairobi, though would still keep phone etc safely tucked away just to be sure. All in all, good location, good staff, decent room for the price. Would go there again."
