The annex is a small cottage, fully equipped in miniature, with a private patio behind it, shaded, with a table and chairs for dining or lounging. It was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. "L'appartement était vraiment très fonctionnel, il y avait tout, jusqu'aux produits ménagers laissés par les anciens locataires ou propriétaire. Un réfrigérateur plus grand aurait été parfait. Toutefois, la mezzanine aménagée était accessible avec une échelle et rendait difficile l'accès, il suffirait de la fixer d''avantage et pas juste avec un crochet pour que celui-ci ne soit pas dangereux. La propreté de l'appartement : rien à redire et il est facile d'entretien également. Voilà, très belle...
