"Terrific property but be warned. The Agoda map location is absurdly wrong. The map in Agoda makes it look close to Minca but the actual distance is miles away. Once you get to the property you aren’t going to Minca unless you’re willing to pay 140 k pesos each way. That said I would stay again. The restaurant food is pretty good but for some reason dinner servings were just warm when they should be hot. The hikes and other activities are fun"

"We had a lovely, short stay at Finca Barlovento. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is restful and the overall feeling is very private and low-key, with a high level of service. The staff was very conscientious and accommodating. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Food offerings are good, though somewhat limited, but we were only there for a couple of days so this was not really an issue.
