"Wir sind gerne im ace Hotel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, es gibt kostenloses Frühstück und als wir das letzte Mal da waren, waren es draußen 38 grad. Im Zimmer war die Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, es war sehr schön kühl im Zimmer. Der Check in ging sehr schnell und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das einzig negative war, dass wir ein schmutziges Handtuch im Badezimmer (zusammengelegt) hatten aber das hab ich ausgetauscht. Ansonsten werden...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Château de Pommeuse. Les propriétaires sont des personnes particulièrement sympathiques, accueillantes et passionnées. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’échanger avec eux sur l’histoire du château, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus enrichissant et authentique. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible et chargé d’histoire, une vraie parenthèse hors du temps. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour tous ceux qui recherchent à la fois charme, tranquillité et belles...

"I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs."

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."
