"The staff are very helpful and friendly. Convenient breakfast if required. Rooms very comfortable and I enjoyed my little balcony. The property was very clean with friendly cleaning ladies in all areas. Even the floor in the bin room in the basement was freshly washed when I put my rubbish bag in there. Merci!"

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% "
