"The property was nice but the pictures of Cabin B on Expedia were not accurate. The first pictures on the site show a complete kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. When we got to Cabin B it did not have what the pictures showed, the first few pictures on the site were of another upgraded cabin not cabin B, misrepresenting what you get in cabin B. The mattress needs to be replaced and was not very comfortable, it had a hole in the center of the mattress. When you lay on the mattress you fall into the hole in the center of the mattress. The toilet does not flush completely and you have to flush the toilet 2-3 times. Overall the property was nice and in decent condition."

"Cleaner than expected, could have used a good deep cleaning of the carpet in my room. Had to find my own coffee the first morning. The staff, was most friendly and helpful though!!"

"This is the second time that we have stayed at Amy’s beautiful VRBO. The property is just as clean, comfortable and well kept as it was the first time. There is everything that you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps and the tankless water heater supplies lots of hot water. The beds are comfortable and have soft, quality linens. There’s plenty of A/C to keep the rooms cool and two televisions downstairs one of which is a Roku so we were able to connect to our subscription. The property has a gate and you park your car right in the back yard. I don’t stay anywhere else when I’m going to Silver City!"

"Nice 2 bed 2 bath home. Fenced back yard good for big and small dogs. We had a great time. kitchen had tea kettle, coffee maker and enough to support a trip. back porch is nice to hang out on - covered and faces east - so great for evenings.It's a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the historic downtown. Easy access to main roads and in/out of town. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Nice towels and bathroom setup with shampoo, soap dispensers. Living room was comfortable. Master suite had an A/C unit, Evaporative cooler for the rest of the house. Was comfortable the whole time in late August. Wonderful stay. Pets enjoyed it. Pictures accurately reflect the location. Well worth the price we paid."

"Very clean and charming, with thoughtful historical details scattered throughout (since it was originally a teachers cottage). Comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. A great location within walking distance of the main downtown and right across the street from a wonderful bakery. We loved the yard and patio and enjoyed our stay."
