"This is the second stay at this location. But this tiime Angel at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. She was helpful in giving directions to our venue. The others were nice too, but I felt they were doing their job. It feels good when someone genuinely smiles after being on the road for 7 hours."
"We enjoyed the pool, however it was too small, length and depth. The pool also appeared to have not been cleaned lately, there was dirt settled at the bottom and there was much bugs and leaves floating around. I used the fitness room and it was good except the treadmill incline feature wasn’t functioning. The tv in our room had a black line straight down the middle of the screen which made it annoying."
"The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the linens were dirty, the towel rack and the toilet paper roll dispenser were broken.
When I called the front desk, there was little to no care or regard to any of these issues.
The fact that the room didn’t have bedbugs seems to have been a miracle. This is nothing like any Redroof I have ever stayed in, in the past. Will be looking at other hotels in the future and will not ever stay another Redroof seeing that they do not seem to care about franchise...
