When we checked in on Christmas Eve we were told a buffet breakfast would be served in the morning. No breakfast was set up. The explanation given by the front desk attendant was there were too few guests that stayed the night.

Horrible experience!!!
I will never use VRBO again. This is the second booking in a row that was canceled. VRBO kept my money for 2 weeks and told me I was out of luck and on my own in AZ. No money and no help from customer service. I slept in my truck for a week

Nice town, and even my past experience with your hotels has been enjoyable, l highly doubt l would stay here again. I felt let down by this hotels lack of concern for my comfort!
