"My suggestion is to sort the reviews by lowest first, then you may see a picture of the type of service provided. The owner will respond with excuses so I will not bother writing what actually happened. Suffice to say I would not recommend this place. Lots nicer bed and breakfasts around (check out Flambruzzo which has some great cheap options with better amenities.(also don't expect to receive the amenities listed on booking or Expedia..) "We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Excellent experience , Good restaurants , Very autentic Italian styled vacation. My only feedback is the temperature in the rooms, those are centealy controlled not allowing A/C Bellow 25 centigrades , really annoying in a location like this."

"Close to the airport and affordable. Turns out it was awesome. First night stay when I arrived in Italy. Clean and no problems bringing my bike in the room. Bit of a walk to the train but not really bad. On my way back I stayed and left my bag and bike to go to Venice for a two night. Didn’t charge me to store it and gave me some advice on my side trip. Asked for help to book a taxi as my flight was early and with a smile I was assured it would be there. Stayed 3 night 3 different rooms all were clean with a nice bed, breakfast was better than expected. If I’m ever back I’ll book again."
