Apartment in Villa with Pool

Our property, opened in 2018 and surrounded by nature, offers you an unforgettable holiday with a stunning view of Mount Etna. It’s the perfect choice if you want to avoid the crowded beaches of Fondachello: renting a ground-floor apartment in a villa with a pool lets you relax and enjoy a pleasant climate.



The pool is open from April to October. The owners live on the second floor of the villa: your privacy will always be respected, but we are available for any needs or requests.



The apartment features a kitchen-living area with panoramic views, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. You also have access to a barbecue, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, towels, hairdryer, bed linen, flat-screen TV, and radio. The location is strategic: about 32 km from Taormina, 42 km from Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, and 29 km from Etna Nord, Piano Provenzana (1810 meters).



A cot and high chair are available on request. Upon request and subject to availability, airport transfer service can be arranged for an extra charge.



The electrical system has limited power (3 kW): air conditioning operates on a set schedule to prevent outages. Please do not use the air conditioner, washing machine, and unnecessary lights at the same time.
