The owners have preserved the historic aspects of the building while thoroughly modernizing the rooms and they are extremely clean. The restaurants are excellent, I ate at Le 9th several times. The location is very quiet and central. The housekeeping was excellent and no matter what time of day I left and took the sign off the door it was clean when I returned, which I did not expect (most US hotels have a set time for cleaning). "We were a party of 17 staying in Projan as it was in close proximity for our son and daughter in law’s wedding in Viella. We had a mix of ages and the only negative comment would be we had anticipated a larger barbecue to cater for the numbers staying. The whole property and spread of accommodation was excellent and more than ample to both entertain and relax. "
