Domaine des Chênes Rouges - Appt 3 étoiles pour 4p dans chalet
In the commune of Gérardmer, we offer this charming 3-star apartment with lake and mountain views, about 500 m from the beach, with swimming pool, 40 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a closed sleeping area and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 40 m² garden! We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living area with double sofa bed, dining area, TV, radio with CD...
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchenette with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, mini oven, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, waffle maker, electric mixer, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, seat booster, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool (5×10), unheated, fenced with access gate, open from June 15 to September 22, 9am to 9:30pm (except during drought alerts, when filling/levelling is prohibited by prefectural or municipal decree).
- An unenclosed garden of around 50 m², not shared, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 15 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture
The apartment is ideally located in Gérardmer, 400 m from the town center, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, bank with ATM...
Activities:
Discover a haven of peace, relaxation and adventure just a few steps from the chalet.
- Just 5 minutes away, the magnificent lake offers a multitude of activities for all tastes: pedal boats, boat rides, and even must-see festive events like the famous Daffodil and Biker Festivals!
- Explore the trails on foot, bike or scooter from the chalet, offering magnificent views of the surrounding forest.
- In the mood for discovery? You can immerse yourself in the rich local heritage by visiting the textile industries, tasting Vosges wines and confectionery, or learning the secrets of woodworking.
For thrill-seekers, don't miss the many sporting activities on offer: canoeing, kayaking, sailing, rowing and much more!
- Enjoy the slopes of La Mauselaine with its ski lifts around 3km away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking space. (1 vehicle)
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Épinal 40 km (43 min by car)
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg 110 km (1h45 by car)
- Bus shuttles from the station
Other remarks:
- Ban on charging all types of electric vehicles
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Baby equipment and board games are in the hall cupboard.
- A blanket for the double sofa bed is available in the drawer under the sofa.
- When not in use, fold back the awning on the outside terrace
- The clothesline is fixed to the wooden wall at terrace level.
- Green areas
- Bank with cash dispenser
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
-A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. (Please refer to the various regulations governing the operation of the pool in the welcome folder).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
