"The staff was AMAZING! I actually got sick while on our trip and the staff let me stay on for a longer check out. They were all super kind. The room was very pretty, clean and spacious. Very easy parking. Lovely history. We ate at Floyd’s and the food and service was great. Highly recommend!"

"We rented this house for a night to accommodate guests for my daughter's wedding on 11/8/25. It is GORGEOUS! Right on Lake Blackshear, with beautiful views of the lake from many rooms in the house. Very spacious- there were 10 guests total, but definitely room for more. Debbie was extremely gracious and very quick to answer any questions I had. If you're going to spend time in the Cordele/Warwick/Lake Blackshear area, this is the place to be!! My daughter, her husband and guests were so pleased with this rental. We will definitely be booking again in the future! "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I enjoyed both times. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Albany Georgia and I hope it’s as nice as this one in Americus Georgia."

"People wanted to party all night and this is a small town, then the 2nd night someone decided to take off outside our room making noise in their car. The pool was out of order, the ice machine was out of order. They need to remodel this hotel as they don't sweep, mop or dust. The tub was scary but that's because they use one of those tub mats and it pulls up the enamel. No stopper in the tub or sink just open also scary. The ironing board had a big rip in it and the beds need to be replaced as you could feel the springs. And there were roaches. And someone likes to just stand and spit gum in the car lot. Not a pleasant stay at all."
