DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week and you may decide to stay forever.

BEACH GEAR INCLUDED: Peace Vacations has partnered with VayK Gear to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $50 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more - the choice is yours!

MAXIMUM CARS:The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

RESTRICTED VEHICLES: RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This property has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 pools at the Beach Club dining tennis and golf. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day fee. SAFETY AND SECURITY: Carolina law provides vacation rental guests with a reasonable expectation of privacy. To protect this, security cameras are prohibited inside the home or in private outdoor areas such as pools and hot tubs.
Exterior cameras are permitted only for security purposes and may monitor the front yard, backyard (excluding pools/hot tubs), or garage. A common example is a doorbell camera. This property has a security camera located at the front door.

Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees provide greater security, quality and accountability.
