"The property was great in proximity to the beach, very convenient. Very quiet, not a lot of kids and despite the amount of dogs we saw, it was very quiet. Our Kuerig was broken, so we had to get the coffee from the gift shop...so that amenity wasn't free. Overall, it was lovely."

"I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is far from the main attraction but we made it work. Great price!"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel and they were very welcoming to me and my pup. Everyone from including front desk, food service and cleaning staff were all super friendly and always asking if everything was ok with my visit. Everything was clean and the room was perfect for my 3 night stay. I will definitely be back again! This location is beneficial to those with pets who want to take them out onto the beach since it's close to the Cape Henlopen State Park (they allow pets). You don't have to fight traffic either into the main beaches."
