"The staff was very friendly, however our room smelled of urine and then we found bed bugs in our bed. The staff changed our rooms, but we didn’t receive any compensation because we paid through a third party, Expedia."

"The location for this motel is great for visiting the Ark Encounter. There’s also a Mexican restaurant across the street. Its street presence isn’t the greatest since there’s a torn up restaurant in the parking lot which may deter some. It’s a common motel so not fancy but sufficient with a continental breakfast, very helpful staff and off the street enough to be quiet. Our bed was comfortable, bathroom had had some repairs, hot shower and vinyl flooring. There’s more restaurants in town up the highway about 10 minutes away."
