"Room was clean organized everything thing you need was there. Very easy access to anything you might need. Bed could be a little more comfortable but other wise would stay there again. Staff accommodating and very nice. Very helpful. "

"Love this house! Spacious with beautiful view of Tar Bay. The recent renovation is top notch. Kids loved the new pool on the deck. Plenty of space to stretch out. Karin was amazing on co-ordinated every step of our stay for us. She even greeted us with incredible welcoming gifts upon arrival. Can't wait to return!"

"Another trip to paradise!! We've stayed at Seabiscuit countless times and it is pure bliss every time!! Fina's property has everything you need and more to create a memorable and fun filled get away. It is truly heaven on earth!! We encountered Hurricaine Melissa and got stranded in Exuma but not too worry because Fina was ever so accommodating as usual and we had no worries!! "No washer dryer unfortunately. Comfortable beds. Bring your own shampoo etc. Wish coffee was there. Beautiful pool and view. Kayaks great. Pool floats need replacing. Get an suv. Roads very rough! Loved watching sunsets and viewing stars after dinner. Would recommend! "

"If you know Exuma, then you know anywhere you stay is a blessing! But this home was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The set up with the two master en suites on the main floor was great and the huge porch with super nice screens to keep out any bugs was an extra awesome addition. The private little Cove beach is perfect for little kids and the huge sandbar in front of the unit at low tide is nothing short of spectacular. Our only constructive criticism is that the downstairs unit leaves a bit to be desired and is a bit moist and smelly. The owner is very attentive and really cares about your stay , so anything you need, he’s hands on and responds immed! We had a great six days day and would go back again! My overall rating is 4.5 stars!!!! "

"We had an amazing time staying at Aqua Vista! The home is super comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. We enjoyed the home so much that we had a bit of a hard time leaving to explore the island. That said, we did make it to the northern and southern most points of Exuma. This is a fantastic place to experience! If you are considering a trip here, you won’t regret this stay! We most definitely plan on coming back and staying at AquaVista!"

"The screened in outdoor kitchen is fabulous!! We used the pizza oven, flat top griddle, and grill and loved it! Another perk was there were cleaning supplies and a broom/vaccum left out for us - so nice to keep the place tidy!Super comfy beds!!Being right on the ocean was perfect for morning snorkeling/kayaking/paddleboarding. And the dock is awesome for evening sunsets.Jack was so helpful, putting us in touch with whatever we were looking for. Best host we've ever had at a VRBO!! We would stay here again 100%!!"
