"The air conditioning had already been turned on before I arrived, and the room was very clean. Although I didn’t use them, a kettle, coffee, and milk in the fridge were also provided. I was also very happy that I could watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV. I booked this accommodation knowing that the bathroom and toilet were shared facilities. The shower was very comfortable, with great water pressure and temperature. The only small thing I noticed was some hair underneath the non-slip mat in the shower. The staff were also very kind and explained everything clearly. Thanks to their warm welcome and helpful guidance, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and was very satisfied with the accommodation!"

"We had a great stay at The Lake House Coongulla. Spacious, comfortable, well-furnished and spotlessly clean, with plenty of privacy. We arrived late, but the straightforward access and thoughtful setup made settling in easy.Waking up to the view of the lake right at the bottom of the backyard was a real highlight. The house has a welcoming feel, with plenty of small touches that make you feel at home. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay, laundry, bathroom and kitchen supplies. A well-equipped kitchen. A big thanks to Darren for his excellent communication and local business connections. He helped me organise a couple of surprises for our anniversary, which made the stay even better."

"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC ACCOMMODATION, QUALITY AND VALUE AT REASONABLE RATES!!! The premises are spotless, the unit has everything you could possibly need and more. So much thought and effort has been put into making your stay comfortable, warm and cosy. The bed was clean, fresh and comfortable, with electric blankets and bedside lights. There was a fully equipped kitchenette with luxury appliances, cutlery, microwave, tea towels and washing liquids available. The bathroom, although compact, was completely functional, clean fresh towels with complimentary shampoos/conditioner/soap and hair dryer. A spacious shower with overhead and handheld shower heads, good water pressure with hot water constantly flowing. Floor heating with reverse cycle air conditioning made our middle of winter stay, very comfortable. We will certainly be staying there again, and we fully recommend Bon Accord to anyone looking for quality and value for money with a delightful host. Also, as we were in Sale earlier than the official sign in time, we contacted our host Tim at Bon Accord to see if there was any chance of leaving our luggage with them and register in later (as we needed an empty boot for walkers, etc., during the day). Tim couldn’t have been be more helpful if he tried! As our room was already made up for us, we were able to leave everything under lock and key for the day. We were so grateful that he understood our dilemma and helped us out so graciously on the day. Thank you!"

"Everything about Oakview is exactly as we’d hoped. The house stood in for the family home on the weekend of our son’s wedding and we couldn’t have wished for more. Lots of sociable areas and a beautiful garden for pre ceremony photos.Thank you Lesley for your great communication and making sure that we had everything we needed. Oakview is now a permanent part of our wedding memories. "
