Struttura comoda alla stazione. Noi volevamo andare a visitare l'acquario e il parco dei dinosauri per la gioia di nostro figlio. Comodo al porto. In via Balbi si trovano negozi, bar, ristoranti e tutto ciò di cui si ha necessità. Noi ci siamo trovati bene per il soggiorno di una notte. I proprietari sono gentili e pronti a darti ogni indicazione di cui si ha bisogno. Consigliato!

Réservation non respectée

Réservation faite il y a plusieurs mois. Arrivé sur place, aucune trace de ma réservation dans leurs "dossiers". Le proprio m'a alors proposé une chambre avec SdB commune, ce qui ne me plait pas mais que j'ai acceptée quand même. La prestation était correcte considérant le prix bas. On est dans le bas de gamme.

Hotel totalmente da restrutturare, stanze fatiscienti vecchie e piene di odori di vecchio, di aggiunta il proprietario probabilmente fuma e lodore di sigaretta si propaga per tutte le stanze, assolutamente non consiglio questo hotel. Punto di forza la posizione, vicina al centro storico. Non lo consiglio a family con bambini, quartiere malfamato

The hotel was just what I was looking for! It was a great price and a great location, near Old Town, other tourist attractions, and the train station. The hotel itself was small, and the building older, and so the rooms and amenities were older. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host and hostess were wonderful: very welcoming, warm, and friendly. There was also a common room with tables, a t.v., a microwave and small snacks and drinks for purchase. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it.

Small hotel for short trips.

Placed on the second floor of a palace, can be easy to miss. Informal ambient and cordial owners. Good for short stays, one or two night.

Great location

It was located in a great area, walkable from the main train station in Genova. We enjoyed our stay but the wifi would kick us out every 30 minutes or so and we had to walk to the main area to get back in. The hotel was old and smelled like smoke. Overall it was ok. Wouldn't recommend as a first choice but worked well for our 2 nights!

No buona accoglienza. Camera pulita anche se ci sono mobili vecchi. Per dormire per una notte va bene. Camera all'ultimo piano circa 90 scalini. Vicino alla stazione e all'acquario.

Don't book this hotel as there is no price gurante

The worst experience in reservation for hotel room amongst 4 years travel in Europe. Booking 4 nights (19 to 23 September) at Hotel Bernhoef but the owner told me not accepting my reservation during my arrival. After deliberation, the first 2 nights became OK but the price of last 2 nights was incresed from 53 (origi nal booking price) to 70 Euro per night. Despite negotiation, the owner insisted the increase of price to 70 Euro. What I could do is to find another hotel and move out. May I advise all travellers not to book this hotel (Hotel Bernhoef at Genova) otherwise you have no guarantee of your reservation and your trip may be annoyed of no sleeping place in between.

Struttura fatiscente, stanza accanto ad una cucina con rumori e odori. Tuttavia pulito. Unico vantaggio la posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione di piazza principe.

Economico, pulito ma rumoroso

Avevo letto le opinioni riguardo questo hotel, combacia tutto perfettamente: struttura vecchia ma pulita, rumorosità eccessiva proveniente dalla strada sottostante, mi serviva come appoggio per una notte quindi cercavo qualcosa senza pretese ed economica, ok il prezzo ma non ho dormito tutta la notte! Qualsiasi rumore esterno anche il più piccolo viene amplificato al massimo, non vi dico quando passano gli autobus!

Bel accueil en toute simplicité.Personnel tres serviable, disponible et souriant. chambre vaste et très propre. climatisation en plus du tarif la rue est un peu animée mais cela se calme vers 23 h. C'est un hotel dans lequel je retournerais sans souci. Mfrance
