The Vault of the Stars overlooks the Monts d’Ardèche

Unique ensemble, villa and small gîte, overlooking the Monts d'Ardèche.
Secure private swimming pool which is pleasant from May to the end of September/mid-October depending on the weather, large terrace with panoramic view facing south, quiet, private parking, veranda, deckchairs, pizza oven, barbecue, large garden of 3000 m2 with pétanque court, ping-pong table etc...
Everything is done for unforgettable vacations or family reunions.
The main villa has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, separate bathroom and toilet, internet, fireplace plus 1 bedroom with shower and toilet upstairs with independent entrance. The annexed cottage just separated by the terrace has a King size bed and two single beds in the mezzanine with living room, shower, toilet, equipped kitchen.
In total, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
Independent access from the village, direction the hamlet of Chastellière, private fenced parking
We chose to add the optional cleaning package. You are therefore required to leave the house perfectly clean after your stay.
If you wish, you can add it to the rental (prevent if possible 1 month before your arrival for organization, except late reservation) at the rate of €120 per stay
In all cases, an arrival kit awaits you with sponge, 3 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc.
Please note that this package can be paid for by holiday vouchers.

Voûte aux étoiles 2023

Des échanges suivis avec la propriétaire. Un accueil précis avec le "gérant" et des petites attentions agréables mais une déception entre ce que je lisais du descriptif fait par la propriétaire et la réalité. Il n'y a pas une sdb attenante à chaque chambre. Au rdch, 3 chambres doivent fonctionner sur une sdb qui est plutôt un couloir puisqu'il faut passer par elle pour accéder à une des chambres. Un seul WC sur ce plan rdc pour les 3 chambres et les salles communes...La proximité du WC des salles communes en fait à la fois un avantage et une limite...(discrétion pas facile...) Ensuite, à l'extérieur de la bâtisse, une dépendance sympa avec lit double, mezzanine, petit salon et petite salle de b avec toilettes sèches. Et une autre chambre avec sdb accessible par un escalier en extérieur et assez raide. La 4° sdb et WC exige de descendre en extérieur un bon nombre de marches en pierre pas très facile pour des personnes âgées. Elle n'était pas préparée pour notre séjour. Notre groupe de personnes âgées (entre 70 et 84 ans) avec des limitations de déplacement a dû composer avec ces réalités.La dernière réserve est le manque de notices pour le four et la télé. Par contre, les salles communes sont magnifiques, la vue aussi...la piscine bien agréable, le matériel disponible en cuisine est de qualité et bien suffisant. Pour une famille en santé, c'est une belle propriété à vivre... Donc, peut-être un peu plus de précision dans les descriptifs? Merci en tous les cas.
