"I was hopeful that booking a Hampton Inn I would be safe on a clean and comfortable room.. your covered by 100% satisfaction. That was not the case at this hotel.. Not up to Hampton Inn standards. The hotel upon arrival had a very bad smell. Moldy old spoiled milk smell. Checked in, first room smelled like throw up masked with old lady perfume. I stand headache. Second room I walked in and gagged instantly. No joke. Third room was tolerable but still had a smell, the whole hotel was in bad...
"The property was nice. For the most part staff was good. Pierre checked me in and out and was extremely rude both times. Cutting me off as I was talking, barely interested in being there. Other than that the property was great for my business travel needs."
"Catbird was a great location for our Denver explorations. The room is as described. The bed is comfortable and the black out shade and projection tv were fantastic bonuses! There was some confusion about breakfast. We may have come in during some kind of promo and breakfast was provided for part of our stay but it was not available for the latter part. Valet was friendly. We did not speak with any other staff. Check in and check out is by computer. Overall we would stay again."
"This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Level of a Motel 6. Couple major examples. Such poor insulation and windows, the outside and road noise is so loud we thought the "patio" door was open. The bathroom/shower was not clean and signs of dirt or mildew was evident on the shower walls. Don't stay here."
