"We have stayed here several times, this one was the last one, not coming back. VERY bad service, the room was not even ready, poorly maintained, none of our requests were taken into account, we were charged so much more than our reservation. Price-quality is a joke. There were unwarned construction going on, no even table lamps on the room, no spa access, all the common areas are closed ridiculously early and so on…very far from what it used to be. I do not recommend this place anymore, stay...

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond!
