"Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely ...

"Overall, a great hotel, and the convenience of being so close to Velites Arena was worth the stay.
However, they did not have blackout curtains as advertised, or at least not enough. It seemed they only had 3 panels when it should have been at least 4. Paid for it with my toddler not sleeping as long as he needed to…"
