"The location advertised was problematic. It also shows it is in Dehradun which is over 30 miles away. For me, this caused problems with my taxi as I wanted to go to Rishikish (it is also advertised being in Rishikesh), whereas the taxi driver complained of it being far away in Dehradun (near Jolly Grant airport)"

"Disappointing stay with multiple issues:
Unannounced Construction: Severe, disruptive construction noise inside the hotel every day from 9 AM to 5 PM that was never disclosed prior to booking.
False Advertising & Financial Loss: The advertised fitness facility does not exist. I lost money on a pre-booked virtual gym session because of this, and the hotel refused to reimburse the cost.
Poor Service: Room service was unaccommodating and required multiple reminders to get food...

"Excellent place. Extremely friendly staff, the front desk is marvelously polite and will guide for first time visitors… everytime I will visit Rishikesh, I will for sure be staying here. Breakfast spread was great…"
