"L'hotel est un bel établissement mais souffre d'un problème de maintenance. Les tapis de la salle de sports ne fonctionnent pas, les équipement de l'espace jeux sont quasiment tous hors de services. Les chambres sont nettoyés une fois sur deux, et seuls les draps de lits sont changé, la salle de bain n'était pas nettoyé, et l'aspirateur en surface.
