"The location seems to have been in a bad part of town. The hotel was run down, not at all a 4 star by any means. The room was falling apart almost. The sheets were tough and not comfortable. It had a nice restaurant and pool that’s it."

"Brilliant location. Lovely hotel. Room clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool brilliant in the heat only downside not many sun loungers but there is chairs."

"A decent hotel, just on the outskirts of the city, about 15/20 min walk. Very good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and big, a few things to help improve. There was a surcharge on the two bottles of water (£2 each), avoided that buy using the supermarket next door for a fraction of the cost. No English TV channels (not that I expected any), the smart functions on the TV don't work."

"Newer hotel. We had a balcony and it was lovely. Close to everything, metro, beach, shopping, restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for two more pillows and they were in my room after breakfast. Very nice. Breakfast was good. Internet was spotty and horrible. You could do laundry which was a plus. Must improve that in the room. Only complaint was that."
