"Small but cosy. Excellent location in beautiful area with direct access to hiking routes. Friendly folks, convenient parking, dogs can freely play and swim right next door. No airco or stove/hub. Loads of peace and quite, but occassionally noisy motorcycles on the road in front. Great stay for hiking couples!"

"River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. "It was our 5th stay at Howgills Apartment. As before, we were very happy with service provided. Our apartment was clean, warm and cosy. We had all we needed. Location is brilliant if you like see hills around from morning until evening and if you are walker."
