G622 is conveniently located on the first floor in Gearhart House with an Ocean View.

Enjoy a wood burning fireplace while watching a 50 inch HD TV in living room and Blue Ray DVD player or enjoy looking out at the full ocean view. Hard wood floors.  Enjoy sitting out on the private balcony watching the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The condo also has a full equipped kitchen with Corian counters. The main bedroom has a King bed with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a second full bath in hallway. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping. Enjoy watching a flat screen HD TV in the master bedroom.

Condo is located close to beach access and the pool and spa area.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
