"I stayed for one night to celebrate a special anniversary with my husband, and we had an amazing stay! The lofts are amazing. We loved the decor, and we felt right at home. The manager was very friendly, and he helped us carry our luggage. The location is amazing with nearby access to Hazelwood and Menlyn. I would love to stay again!"

"I arrived and they didn’t know that I was staying over. I had to check in to the hospital the next morning and there wasn’t even toiletpaper. I left immediately and booked into another place. Personnel at gate was super unfriendly. I lost my money because virtual agent wasn’t able to refund me. Will never use this app to book again."

"I paid, the room was non refundable. When I got to Southafrica Host cancelled and said room was not available and that, I reach out to Expedia for a refund. She was not bothered at all. I asked if she could cancel and she never responded.. To date I still havnt gotten a refund and it’s showing that I stayed at the property. It’s been impossible to get hold of Expedia either. I’v spoken to 3 agents and they all say they’ll get back to me but nothing. "
