"Great hotel! Nice and clean rooms! "

"We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area."

"The private double room i had was spacious, clean and comfortable. As I was only in Madrid for one night, it did just what i needed "

"It was smelling as if someone had smoked in the room, and your could hear the machine in the room "

"Breakfast was terrible, first morning they forgot to bring our hot food out even after us asking many times then brought out half. Second morning we was told there was no hot food, even though there's a note on table to ask staff for hot food. Third morning the waitress dropped my eggs on the floor, said she bring me another fresh one but brought out ice cold boild egg. If you want a hot breakfast dont book it at this hotel."
