"Not sure how I managed to book this one. Unfortunately having to drag suitcases up two flights of stairs is far from enjoyable. Lovely lady host but extremely strict rules on arrivals and departures. The room whilst clean did not have a lot going for it sadly. Nothing to drink a beer or wine from apart from your tea/coffee cup. For the money compared to other stays on this trip the price was well up there. Parking is an issue but it very handy to walk to town. Choose wisely."

"Dirty under the bed. Didn’t see a single staff member whilst there. Communication was terrible. The room was freezing and the radiators didn’t work. The shower was Luke warm but couldn’t find anyone to report to. The quilts were really thin and the beds were lumpy. We ended up leaving after two nights and paying for somewhere else as it was too cold st stay there. Only one pillow each as well which were really thin"
"The Cnoc Hotel is such a hidden gem! It’s an adorable bed & breakfast hidden away with phenomenal service. Duncan was so kind and helpful to us. The hotel is extremely clean and very charming. The breakfast was delicious as well!"
"The room was well appointed and the good and service in the restaurant excellent.
The only feedback I have is the shower over the bath could be difficult for an older person to safely get in and out of and check in times are not always convenient for weary travellers..when we arrived at 3.40pm after travelling from Northumberland and absolutely needing the bathroom, the hosts made us wait 20 minutes before opening the door."
"The room is very close to the Inverness train station. Very good for transiting through. I stayed over night so it was functional for me. There was a shower but towels did not seem fresh. Bed is not comfortable so if you stay for more than one night it might not work well for you."
"Gail ( the host), was very helpful. She arranged taxis, take away breakfasts, and provided all around good advice. We had a very comfortable 2 night stay with good amenities and fine location. Given the opportunity, I would stay here again."
